David and Victoria Beckham surprised everyone by purchasing an oceanfront mansion in Miami Beach for a staggering $72.3 million, setting a new record for North Bay Road. The famous couple, known for their careers in sports and fashion, respectively, have ventured to invest in the city’s luxurious real estate market.

According to The Real Deal portal, this deal was potentially beneficial for the seller, developer Niklas de la Motte, who had originally listed the property for $80 million.

The mansion, located at 4736 North Bay Road, spans 14,270 square feet and features nine bedrooms and a variety of impressive features. Among these, the nine bathrooms, four toilets, a gym, a spa, a cinema room, and a swimming pool stand out that complement the outdoor aesthetics of the home. Designed by Choeff Levy Fischman and built by Bart Reines, the structure also has 124 feet of water frontage, adding extra appeal to the property. Prior to this transaction, de la Motte had acquired the property in 2018, paying $10 million for it, when it still had an old house.
