Iga Świątek decided to support #UNICEF again on World Mental Health Day!
In an environment that places high expectations on us, it is easy to succumb to pressure, which is why it is so important to take care of yourself, rest and educate everyone on the subject. The motto of this year’s celebrations is mental health at work. Building awareness and healthy attitudes from an early age is key here. Parents who have the right tools are also able to give their children the support they need in more difficult moments.
