David and Victoria Beckham to face ‘a year of misery’ at London mansion as renovations begin next door

David and Victoria Beckham could face a lot of dust and drilling over the next year and a possible “year of misery” due to renovations next to their London home.

The local council approved major renovation plans on the property next to the Beckhams’ lux London townhouse located in the Holland Park area of Kensington, an area known as “Millionaire’s Row,” according to the UK Sun.

The new owner plans on renovating all five floors of the pricey mansion, which has six bedrooms and an underground swimming pool.
