David Beckham has shared that he and his wife Victoria have a shared a very strict diet and gym routine

David Beckham has revealed the gruelling fitness routine he shares with wife Victoria, with the couple hitting the gym together almost daily. The football legend, 49, and his wife of 24 years, 50, regularly share glimpses into their healthy lifestyle on social media.
Speaking to Men’s Health ahead of his 50th birthday, set to happen in May, David disclosed that he and Victoria train together five to six days a week, often giving each other a hard time. He said: “I’ve been trying to get Victoria to work out with Bob (Rich – his personal trainer) for years, and she finally agreed to adjust her workout.
“And now we do five days a week, sometimes six together. I love training with Victoria. I give her a lot of grief. We both give each other plenty of grief.”
David also let slip that Victoria does not always listen to her trainer, preferring to do her own thing and often cutting her rest time short. The couple’s dedication to fitness is matched by their strict approach to diet. It was previously reported that Victoria has eaten the same meals for 25 years, having given up meat at the age of 8, reports the Daily Record.
Her precise eating habits are said to be key to her flawless skin. The fashion designer shared her strict dietary rules, which include avoiding certain wheats and flours and focusing on fish and vegetables.
She revealed to the Telegraph that the only flour she uses is cassava. In fact, she actually changed her diet in her early 20s due to acne-related self-consciousness.
