David Beckham voices solidarity with LA fire victims

David Beckham stands with the victims of the LA wildfires.

The 49-year-old legendary footballer, who is married to Spice Girl alum, Victoria Beckham and shares four kids with her, used to reside in the US with his family and sent his prayers and love to all those who have been affected.

His eldest son, Brooklyn, with his wife Nicola Peltz, resided in the area engulfed in flames however the father confirmed on The Today Show, that both of them are safe.

“Thankfully [Brooklyn] is safe, and his wife is safe. But it’s devastating, we have a big heart that is still in Los Angeles and obviously, to see everything that’s going on there, we just send our love and thoughts to everyone who is affected by what’s going on,” David said.

He continued, “I’ve always said that America is the land of opportunity, and LA has incredible opportunities and the spirit that they have there, they’ll come back stronger but it’s gonna take time.

“We send our love and thoughts to everyone affected by this devastating situation,” David Beckham concluded.
