David Beckham Shows Off Toned Physique as He Poses for Self-Care Sunday Selfies and Shares Words of Wisdom

David Beckham swapped his shirt for the sauna!

The former soccer star, 49, took a day to recharge and brought fans along for the ride on his Instagram Stories over the weekend, when he shared two shirtless snaps from his self-described self-care Sunday.

On Sunday, Oct. 6, Beckham uploaded two images highlighting his toned physique as he prioritized self-care and taking “a minute to yourself” in an apparent Iglucraft sauna.

The first image he shared featured a look at one of his Spaniels peeking into the sauna from a window, as he wrote over the snap: “Ever have that feeling someone’s watching you👀.”

Beckham then uploaded his first shirtless snap, as he wore a beanie and held his phone camera while posing in front of the sauna. “Self-care Sunday 🔥 & 🧊,” he wrote alongside the photo.

And after sharing an image of his four dogs watching over him outside, the athlete posted one more shirtless photo, as he stood in a towel in front of the sauna with a caption elaborating on his relaxing day.

“Always important to take a minute to yourself and reset 🔥,” he wrote.

Beckham, a longtime fan of Iglucraft, has been using his downtime wisely as of late. In September, the dad of 4 shared a detailed look at his growing outdoor garden and farming area — as well as some chickens — on his Instagram Stories.

After showing off the spring onions, wildflowers, plum trees, kale and cabbage that he’s been growing at his Cotswolds home, David’s wife Victoria Beckham, 50, wrote a hilarious response to the social media garden tour.

“Who is this man,” she wrote on her own Instagram Stories, alongside multiple chicken stickers. “Give me my husband back!”
