Brooklyn Beckham keen to ‘make a name’ for himself to make his kids proud

Brooklyn Beckham has revealed what drives him, and it’s very sweet.

The 25-year-old eldest son of David and Victoria Beckham, online chef and hot sauce businessman, has shared that he is exploring his work options in order to make his future children proud (who he is ready for, by the way).

Having been royally ripped online for his various business endeavours – including a stint in photography, which he admits now he wasn’t passionate enough about – and his bumpy foray into the cheffing world, Brooklyn has opened up about his ultimate goal.

Asked why he so publicly dabbled in different ventures, thus opening himself up to online scrutiny, Brooklyn responded: ‘I’ve never been that lazy person to just sit back and just do nothing.’

He continued to Grazia: ‘I really want to make a name for myself. I want my kids to grow up and be like, “My daddy did that.” That’s what I think about.’

This might come sooner rather than later, as Brooklyn also said he is ready for kids whenever his wife Nicola Peltz Beckham is.

‘I’ve always wanted to be a young dad. I love that my dad’s young. He was like my mate,’ Brooklyn said, also confessing he wants to replicate his own childhood, as the Spice Girl, 50, and Manchester United ex-footballer David, 49, were the ‘best [parents] ever.’

The famous couple were just in their early 20s when they welcomed Brooklyn, before going on to have Romeo, 22, Cruz, 19, and Harper, 13.

Fashion brand owner Victoria and former Real Madrid footballer David went on their first date in 1997, and were engaged a year later, when they also announced they were expecting Brooklyn.
