Victoria Beckham Appoints Sybille Darricarrère Lunel as New CEO

Victoria Beckham’s fashion house has appointed Sybille Darricarrère Lunel as its new CEO. She will officially take on the role on July 1, 2025, succeeding Ralph Toledano, who has been the acting CEO since October 2024. Toledano will remain chairman of the company.

Darricarrère Lunel brings extensive experience from top fashion companies, including Christian Dior Couture and Galeries Lafayette. Before joining Victoria Beckham, she was the global business unit director at Dior and previously held key leadership roles at The Kooples and Galeries Lafayette.

Victoria Beckham expressed excitement about the new appointment: “I am thrilled to have a strong, creative, and smart woman with an entrepreneurial mindset leading the company with me. Sybille’s deep industry experience and respect for product will help us reach the next level.”

Darricarrère Lunel also shared her enthusiasm, saying, “I have always admired Victoria’s elegant and modern style. Her creative vision and attention to detail are inspiring. I look forward to working with the talented team and building new chapters for the brand.”

Victoria Beckham’s fashion business has seen a turnaround in recent years. After a period of financial struggles, the brand returned to profitability under the guidance of Neo Investment Partners, which acquired a 30% stake in 2017. Industry leaders believe Darricarrère Lunel’s leadership will further accelerate growth.

David Belhassen, Founder & Managing Partner of Neo Investment Partners, said, “Sybille has the entrepreneurial energy and product expertise needed to take Victoria Beckham to the next stage. With her leadership, we aim for ambition, creativity, and high profitability.”
