David Beckham admits Victoria ‘finally agreed’ as he opens up about his wife’s ‘work ethic’
David Beckham opened up about Victoria Beckham’s “work ethic” as he admits that his wife “finally agreed” to join him in his personal training workouts.
The former England and Manchester United professional footballer spoke with Men’s Health UK as he was picked as the cover of their latest edition of the magazine. The almost-50-year-old did share that turning 50 doesn’t “bother me one bit”, and that he still prioritises his fitness.
David shared: “It’s not something that I’m worried about, as long as I’m fit and healthy and my family are healthy, that’s all I care about. I’m really happy. I’ve got the business and an amazing family.”
The star married Spice Girls icon Victoria Beckham in 1999, with them since giving birth to their four children Brooklyn, Romeo, Cruz and Harper.
While chatting openly with the magazine, he revealed that he’s started training with Victoria and that it can get “romantic” when it comes to his go-to workout playlist. He admitted: “This morning, we were very romantic, we had a little bit of Bobby Brown. Quite a romantic workout this morning.”
