What Victoria Beckham eats every single day to stay slim and healthy

According to her ex-footballer husband David, the former Spice Girl has tucked into the same thing every day for the past 25 years

Victoria Beckham, the pop star turned fashion mogul, has been eating exactly the same thing every day for the past 25 years, according to her husband David Beckham. The former footballer revealed his wife’s dietary habits on the River Cafe Table 4 podcast on February 1, 2022.

He said: “I get quite emotional about food and wine, when I’m eating something great, I want everyone to try it. Unfortunately, I’m married to someone that has eaten the same thing for the last 25 years. Since I met her, she only eats grilled fish, steamed vegetables, she will very rarely deviate from that.”

David went on to share a rare moment when Victoria deviated from her usual diet: “The only time she’s probably ever shared something that’s been on my plate was actually when she was pregnant with Harper (in 2011) and it was the most amazing thing. It was one of my favourite evenings. I can’t remember what it was, but I know she’s not eaten it since.”

Earlier this year, their daughter Harper, 13, also shed light on Victoria’s culinary skills, or lack thereof. In an Instagram Story, Harper quipped: “Mummy you can’t even make cereal…” and “Well you can make chicken kiev, but that comes from M&S.”

However, in an interview with Net-A-Porter, Victoria provided a more comprehensive breakdown of her meal plan, suggesting her diet is more balanced than her husband implies. She stated: “I’m flexible with regards to food, as David and I are very sociable, and we like to eat out,”I’m sociable, and we like to eat out,” she confessed to the retailer, before noting: “But when I do eat well, I see the difference in my skin – my eyes are whiter and sparklier and I have so much more energy.
