Cruz Beckham looked effortlessly stylish as he enjoyed a shopping trip in west London on Monday, after taking his vintage 1980s Mercedes out for a spin.

David and Victoria Beckham’s youngest son, 19, cut a casual figure in a black and white Grateful Dead sweatshirt teamed with a baggy grey joggers.

He opted for comfort in a pair of Adidas trainers, before adding a pop of colour with a pastel yellow Carhartt beanie.

The teenager carried around a paper bag of food from upmarket butchers C.Lidgate as he hopped back into his light green Mercedes SL sport.

Cruz loaded the goodies into the passenger seat of the classic car before heading back on the road.

It comes just after his girlfriend Jackie Apostel revealed she is in pain as she opened up about her mystery spinal surgery on Instagram on Sunday.

Jackie, who is 10-years her 19-year old boyfriend’s senior, revealed she has had a ‘spinal fusion’ as she asked fans for advice.

She wrote: ‘Question for my friends that have also had a spinal fusion – do you guys feel like it gets way more tense and painful when it’s cold outside too?

‘First winter with the rods in and it’s weeeeeird’.

A spinal fusion is a surgical procedure that joins two or more vertebrae in the spine to reduce pain, correct problems, and make the spine more stable.

During the procedure, the surgeon places a bone graft in the space between the vertebrae to prevent excessive movement.

The bone graft can come from the patient’s own body, a donor, or a synthetic material. The surgeon may also use screws and rods to secure the bones.

In October, Jackie shared a photo of the huge wound, taken shortly after she underwent surgery for the spinal issue.

The Brazilian songwriter admitted she had lost her ability to walk following the operation, and had to relearn the basic motor skill.
