Star of the hit show 'Ten Years Younger', Andrew Barton will be taking years off the people of Teesside
Celebrity stylist Andrew Barton, who has cut the locks of stars such as Victoria Beckham and Robbie Williams, is heading to our region.
The hairdressing royalty, who found fame on the hit television show, Ten Years Younger, has former an alliance with Convey Salon in Stokesley to do several guest visits each year. The first ones will be on January 23 and 24.
Spaces have filled up fast and there are only two remaining for this first visit. Michael Convey, who owns the Teesside salon, said he has known Andrew for many years through working in the industry and the celebrity stylist paid a visit to his salon.
He said: “He came in October to see the place and said he loved the salon. He said he would like to come and do some work with us. I thought he was joking at first, but he was serious.”
This first residency visit is due to be followed by many more, with the next hopefully being in March.
