PGA Tour star Patrick Cantlay has sent a special message to Nelly Korda. He congratulated the World No. 1 women’s golfer for her incredible season.
Cantlay, an eight-time PGA Tour champion, recently competed at the Hero World Challenge. Korda is in action this week at the Grant Thornton Invitational, a mixed-team exhibition event.
On Friday, December 13, Cantlay reposted Cisco’s Instagram post congratulating Nelly Korda on her brilliant season.
“Congrats on the year! Nelly Korda,” he wrote.
For the uninitiated, both Cantlay and Korda are signed by CISCO.
Korda won seven titles on the LPGA Tour this season, including one major championship. She claimed victories at the LPGA Drive On Championship, Fir Hills Seri Pak Championship, Ford Championship, T-Mobile Match Play, Chevron Championship, Mizuho Americas Open, and The Annika.
Five of Korda’s wins came back-to-back, making her only the third player in history to achieve this. She finished the season as World No. 1 and was also named LPGA Player of the Year.
