WATCH: Harper Beckham, 13, moves mum Victoria with sweet speech at Harper’s Bazaar Awards
Victoria Beckham was left beaming with pride on Tuesday night after she was presented with a Harper’s Bazaar Women of the Year 2024 award by her daughter Harper.
The fashion designer and former Spice Girl was honoured with an entrepreneur award for her “innovation and dedication to the British and global fashion industry” at Claridge’s in London.
Daughter Harper, 13 – the youngest child of former footballer David Beckham and his wife – has previously gone to her fashion events, and the premiere of the couple’s Netflix documentary.
Wearing one of her mother’s designs, Harper took the stage at the event, held in partnership with The Platinum Card by American Express, and began her speech with a shy: “I’m so nervous.”
She went on: “Good evening everyone, I’m so excited to be here presenting the entrepreneur award. Especially as tonight is a school night. And hopefully this isn’t going to get me into trouble.
“The winner is someone I have always looked up to. She’s built an incredible business from the ground up and has showed me the value of working hard, dreaming big and setting my standards.
