Despite her glamorous lifestyle, Victoria Beckham’s breakfast routine is surprisingly simple and healthy, according to reports. HELLO Magazine shared that the former Spice Girl and fashion mogul sticks to a straightforward diet, with a particular morning meal she rarely strays from.

The 50-year-old reportedly enjoys a basic breakfast, as her friend Eva Longoria shared. Speaking to MailOnline, the actress and film producer said: “[Victoria] is actually easy because we eat the same breakfast. We both love egg whites and avocado. When we’re together… she makes a great egg whites and avocado.”

By opting for egg whites over whole eggs, Victoria significantly alters the nutritional value of this common food item. While removing the yolk does reduce the protein content, a Healthline report suggests that due to their high protein content, consuming egg whites can help increase protein intake without significantly impacting calorie consumption.
