Home Bargains reduces Victoria Beckham’s £90 cream to £12 and sells out in hours
The moisturiser was dramatically reduced in price and unsurprisingly, many people flocked to buy it ahead of Christmas
Yesterday, eagle-eyed Home Bargains shoppers spotted that the store had begun stocking an expensive, designer beauty product for only £11.99. The item was a moisturiser by Victoria Beckham, which usually retails for £90.
Customers had two options: a 30ml size, which usually costs £90 but was just £11.99 in Home Bargains. And a 50ml bottle, which retails at £135, but the store was offering it for only £15.99.
The moisturiser is described as “lightweight” and “hydrating”. It is designed to “minimise” the appearance of pores and imperfections whilst improving your skin’s radiance.
Many people were impressed by the huge savings, and some took to social media to spread the news. On the popular Facebook page Extreme Couponing and Bargains UK, one shopper named Marie posted a screenshot of the Victoria Beckham by Augustinus Bader Original Cell Rejuvenating Priming Moisturiser on the Home Bargains website.
She wrote: “Saw this on Home Bargains. I ordered it as it seemed to go to miss, but I never tried it. The cheapest I found it was £45.00 on sale.” Online, several retailers are selling the cream for either £90, £60, or £45.
