Nelly Korda’s sister and former golfer Jessica Korda is stepping foot on the greens again but this time not as golfer. We all know that Korda has been suffering from a neck injury for quite some time and everyone has been waiting for her to make a grand comeback and well, it is happening.
According to the latest Instagram post by Jessica Korda, she is going to be making an appearance at the Grant Thornton Invitational this December and she couldn’t be more thrilled! “I’m excited to announce I’ll be back at the Grant Thornton Invitational this December”, read the caption where she was seen posing with her sister, the world’s no. 1 female golfer, in the same outfit. Although she won’t be competing, she’s looking forward to providing live coverage and conducting exclusive interviews with golf legends like Rickie Fowler and Team FiNelly after her maternity leave from the LPGA Tour after the birth of her son in February 2024. Her son whose name is Greyson John DelPrete, was born on February 3, 2024.
Greyson is Jessica’s first child with her husband, Jason DelPrete and we have seen a lot of moments between her and the little Greyson to know that she loves being a mother but now she has decided to be more active in the golf world as well. “Although I’m not competing, I can’t wait to be doing some live coverage and player interviews with my friends Rickie Fowler, Team FiNelly and others from across the LPGA and PGA TOUR.
