The Beckhams Add an $80 Million ‘Floating’ Miami Mansion to Their Real Estate Portfolio
This is the newest property in the pair’s impressive real estate holdings spanning London to Dubai.
David and Victoria Beckham are set to splurge on an $80 million mansion in Miami Beach, according to the architecture firm that designed the home. The sale is currently pending in contract.
The nine-bedroom house on North Bay Road is the newest and most expensive addition to the entrepreneurs’ portfolio that includes properties across the globe: A £31.5 million Victorian townhouse in London, a Burj Khalifa condo in Dubai, as well as a Miami penthouse in the One Thousand Museum tower.
According to The Real Deal, the property was previously sold for $10 million in 2018 to Niklas de la Motte, a Hamptons-based real estate developer. Motte rebuilt the property with Choeff Levy Fischman Architecture and Design to a 14,270 square-foot, two-story home before listing it on the market in 2022 for eightfold what he paid.
The Beckhams didn’t immediately respond to a request for comment.
