Andy Murray disagrees with Brit ace as Rafael Nadal and Novak Djokovic caught in crossfire – ‘Nobody cares’
Andy Murray won’t be tuning in to watch the ‘Six Kings Slam’ event next month.
Andy Murray has ripped into the ‘Six Kings Slam’ exhibition event featuring the world’s top players after it received high praise for its promotional trailer on social media.
Saudi Arabia is beginning to make the move into tennis having already taken a foothold in major sports such as golf, boxing and football. An agreement was reached a few months ago for the WTA Finals to be held in Saudi Arabia for the next three years. The ATP Tour also announced a ‘strategic partnership’ with Saudi Arabia’s Public Investment Fund back in February. Earlier that month it was revealed that Novak Djokovic, Carlos Alcaraz and Rafael Nadal would be heading to Riyadh to feature in a new tennis event called ‘Six Kings Slam’.
Jannik Sinner, Daniil Medvedev and Holger Rune were the other three names confirmed for the event.
