Andy Murray retired from professional tennis this summer. The Scottish tennis player was one of the leading players on the men’s circuit for more than fifteen years. And that’s why many fans already miss him.
Muzza, who won three Grand Slam tournaments but usually lost out to Roger Federer, Novak Djokovic and Rafael Nadal (no shame of course), posted after his farewell on X: ‘I never liked tennis anyway’. In other words: ‘I never liked tennis anyway’. Silly of course, because Murray was a model professional who had to rely on his mentality.
That statement was reflected in a gift that a fan of the Brit had put together and then sent to his mother. Murray’s mother, Judy, posted to X what they had received. It turned out to be a cookie with icing applied to it. It depicted Andy Murray. That’s still normal. Crazier was how exactly he was depicted: naked. He did, however, just cover his crotch with his hand, which contains a racket. To the left of the slogan was the aforementioned tweet.
