The organizers of the US Open Grand Slam tennis tournament have already published the game plan for Wednesday, September 4. That day, Iga Świątek will fight to advance to the semi-finals, and she will face American Jessica Pegula in the quarter-finals. The start time of the fight with the participation of the leader of the world ranking will certainly worry many Polish fans.

Iga Świątek’s match is late The first and second round matches with the participation of the Polish player in New York took place at a decent time for Polish fans. However, since the meeting with Anastazja Pavlyuchenkova, the tournament organizers have already scheduled fights with Iga for the evening session, which starts at 7 p.m. local time, i.e. at 1 a.m. Polish time. The quarterfinal, in which Świątek will play, will also start at this time. All singles matches on Wednesday will take place at Arthur Ashe Stadium, and the match involving the ranking leader is the third scheduled for that day. Earlier, from 6 p.m., the Czech Karolina Muchova and the Brazilian Beatriz Haddad Maia will compete on the court. The winner of this quarterfinal will be our tennis player’s next rival, provided that the Pole defeats her closest opponent.
